LeadProof™

Prove consumer consent. Beyond dispute.

When a TCPA complaint or buyer dispute lands on a lead, a screenshot isn’t enough — you need a copy of exactly what the consumer was shown, how conspicuously it was presented, and independent proof of when. On a web form, a phone call, or a lead form filled inside Google or Meta, LeadProof seals each consent event into a tamper-evident certificate — the archived disclosure, its measured presentation, and an RFC-3161 trusted timestamp — that a court, regulator, or buyer can recompute independently: no vendor lookup, no login, no account. We keep the copy, so your proof doesn’t expire on someone else’s retention clock.

One certificate format for form, call, and distributed leads.

Why LeadProof vs. legacy consent tools

Proof should outlast the dispute — and not depend on any one vendor staying online. Three ways LeadProof is built differently.

✓Independently verifiable
Anyone handed a certificate can recompute its proof — a court, regulator, or buyer — with no vendor lookup, no login, and no account. Legacy consent tools verify by calling home to the vendor.
✓No session replay
We seal the consent language and one-way-hash the phone and email — we never record the consumer’s screen. Legacy tools snapshot the whole page, capturing content and data with it.
✓Proof you keep — not proof they can delete
Your sealed evidence package verifies offline, indefinitely, with no dependence on us — it’s yours even if you leave. Legacy tools delete your certificates if you don’t keep paying to retain them, and the proof goes with them.

How it works

A certificate graduates from the party that creates it to the parties that rely on it — each step names who’s involved.

01Publisher acts
Capture
Publisher
Drop one script tag before </body> on your consent form and, on submit, LeadProof records the exact consent language shown, the disclosures it links to, and behavioral + anti-fraud signals — stamping a certificate ID onto the lead. On co-registration funnels it seals one certificate per partner opt-in — each with that partner’s own consent and disclosures. Lead ads hosted inside Google and Meta are certified with no script at all — you connect the ad platform and each submitted lead is sealed from its webhook. Phone calls are certified by connecting your dialer or call platform, and platform-distributed (ping-post) leads by connecting your distribution platform.

LeadProof · neutral third party
The record is reduced to a cryptographic integrity hash and anchored with an RFC-3161 trusted timestamp, so it is fixed to a moment in time and any later alteration is detectable. No action required — and it protects publisher and buyer equally.

Built for how leads actually arrive

Web forms, hosted ad-platform forms, phone calls, and platform-distributed leads each fail differently under dispute. One certificate format resolves the specific vector for each.

Form leads
More than a screenshot — a recomputable copy of what was shown, how conspicuously, and when.
✓Tamper-evident at capture
Every field is sealed under a cryptographic integrity hash and an RFC-3161 trusted timestamp — recomputable by a court, regulator, or buyer without access to LeadProof.
✓The whole disclosure chain, archived
The terms, privacy policy, and partner list behind the checkbox are fetched, archived, and hashed at capture into a multi-layer disclosure chain (each document its own numbered layer — L1, L2, …) — so you can prove exactly what was shown even after the source page changes.
Covers whatever disclosures the consent form links to; if a form links none, the certificate seals the consent language on its own.
✓Bot and behavioral scoring
Keystroke, pointer, and anti-fraud signals separate a real human session from bot-stuffed or co-registration-farmed leads.
Hosted lead-ad forms
Works withGoogle AdsMeta Lead Ads
Certify leads filled inside Google and Meta ad platforms — where there’s no page of yours to seal.
✓Captured directly — no script, no routing platform
Leads submitted inside Google or Meta flow directly into LeadProof and are sealed into a trusted-timestamped, tamper-evident certificate, with phone and email one-way hashed for later matching. You connect your account directly — no script to embed, and no separate lead-routing or CRM platform to subscribe to; capturing and verifying are free, priced per action in credits.
✓The platform-verified disclosure, archived
The certificate records the platform’s own consent language and privacy policy — archived, hashed, and monitored for drift — so you can prove exactly what the consumer was shown, from the platform’s own record rather than a screenshot.
Where the platform doesn’t carry the disclosure, the advertiser declares it once per form and the certificate marks it as declared. Works with Google lead forms and Meta Lead Ads.
✓Yours to keep — verifiable anywhere, indefinitely
The certificate is RFC-3161-timestamped and hash-chained, so a buyer, court, or regulator can recompute its proof with no login and no dependence on us — it doesn’t sit behind a vendor dashboard, expire, or get deleted on someone else’s retention clock. It still flows through Check, Claim, Confirm, Drift, and the court-ready evidence package like every other channel.
Call leads
Prove the call was authentic and consent was actually spoken.
✓STIR/SHAKEN attestation, sealed in
The carrier caller-ID attestation is captured into the certificate — direct evidence against spoofing disputes and illegal-robocall claims.
Requires the originating carrier to pass a STIR/SHAKEN attestation. When none is present, that absence is itself recorded rather than assumed.
✓Recorded affirmation, sealed and liveness-checked
The spoken or keypress consent is captured, hashed, and bound to a live-call nonce, so a spliced or after-the-fact recording can’t stand in for it.
Applies where the call flow includes recording and an affirmation step; without one, the certificate seals the other captured call signals.
✓Consent bound to the number and moment
Answers the prior-express-written-consent question that TCPA and other consent rules turn on, for that specific number — with verifiable provenance that survives a warm transfer to the buyer.
Distributed leads
Certify leads delivered by a ping-post or distribution platform that never touched a page you control.
✓Attested from what the platform reports
When a lead arrives through a distribution platform, LeadProof seals an attested certificate from the consent language, disclosure URL, and source vendor it reports — trusted-timestamped and tamper-evident like any other certificate.
Adapters for common ping-post platforms (e.g. Boberdoo, Phonexa, LeadsPedia); attested certificates use a trust rubric suited to reported — not behavioral — signals.
✓Incumbent tokens folded in
A TrustedForm or Jornaya token carried with the lead is sealed into the certificate as supplementary evidence — so it can’t later be swapped, and your proof still stands on its own without it.
✓One API, same downstream
Attested leads flow through Check, Claim, Confirm, and the court-ready evidence package exactly like form and call certificates.

What you get

◆Every lead carries its proof
A certificate ID rides with each lead. Buyers you sell to can claim it and independently verify the consent behind it.
◆Match a lead to its consent (Check)
Test a phone or email against the one-way-hashed identifiers sealed on the certificate — an unforgeable yes/no that a specific number or address belongs to that consent record.
◆Compliance checks (Confirm)
Check named consent and required disclosures on forms, caller identification and spoken consent on calls, plus your own custom questions — run them on demand, or set a rule to run them automatically the moment a lead is claimed.
◆Drift monitoring — forms and calls
Re-fetch the consent page and each disclosure it links to — terms, privacy policy, partner list — and see whether any language has materially changed since capture. For calls, compare the spoken consent three ways: the publisher’s script, the call transcript, and your own desired consent language.
◆Disclosure archival
The documents your consent links to are fetched, archived, and hashed in a multi-layer chain — the full context, not just the checkbox.
◆Automate the busywork
Auto-claim leads from the domains you choose, and let your compliance checks and call consent drift run on each one automatically — set the rules once.
◆A trust score you can price on
Each capture is scored into a tier — Certified, Verified, Standard, or Flagged — from the signals that fit the channel: bot, behavioral, and page signals on forms; caller-ID attestation, recorded affirmation, and liveness on calls.
◆Court-ready evidence package
One sealed PDF, one compound SHA-256 across every component, verifiable without access to LeadProof — with a cryptographically signed attestation when you need one.
◆Form, call, and distributed leads — one platform
Certify web-form, phone-call, and platform-distributed (ping-post) consent through a single API and portal, priced by usage in credits.

Common questions

What is LeadProof?
LeadProof produces a tamper-evident, independently-verifiable record of what a consumer was shown and did at the moment they consented — across web-form, phone-call, and platform-distributed leads. At capture it seals the exact consent language, the disclosures it links to, and the trust signals that fit the channel into a cryptographic hash chain, anchored with an RFC-3161 trusted timestamp. The result is a certificate that rides with the lead: a buyer, court, or regulator can recompute its proof and re-check the timestamp with no vendor lookup, no login, and no account. And because LeadProof keeps the archived copy — not just the hash — the proof stays verifiable for years, independent of any vendor keeping a record online.
Can a buyer verify a lead without an account?
Two ways. Free and with no login, anyone handed a certificate ID and a hash can confirm on the Verify page that the record is genuine and untampered — the integrity is recomputed and the trusted timestamp re-checked, with nothing exposed beyond pass/fail. Matching a specific lead’s own phone or email to the sealed consent record is a separate step (Check) inside the app: it compares the identifier against one-way-hashed values on the certificate, and that needs an account.
What do you do with personal data?
Phone and email are one-way hashed at capture, and there is no session replay. LeadProof seals evidence, not personal profiles.
Is a certificate a legal or compliance guarantee?
No. It is a tamper-evident technical record of what was shown and done. It is not legal advice, and not a determination that any consent is compliant under the TCPA or any other rule.
Do I have to change my forms or call flow?
Minimally — one script tag on a web form, or a connection from your existing dialer or call platform. The downstream certificate, portal, and evidence tools are the same for both.
How is it priced?
Usage-based credits, with no subscription — you spend credits per action, and the more you buy the less each costs. Capturing a certificate and verifying one are free. See the Pricing page for details.
