Unmatched evidential proof of consent

Most consent tools hand you a record only their own system can vouch for. LeadProof is built for a single standard: evidence that holds up when someone tries to break it — recomputable by anyone, anchored to a third-party clock, and still accountable years later — across web forms, phone calls, and Google & Meta lead-ad forms. Here is why buyers, sellers, and generators choose it.

What sets LeadProof apart

Recompute the proof yourself
A LeadProof seal is a plain SHA-256 over the exact consent record. A buyer, auditor, or court can recompute it independently — the evidence never depends on our portal, our word, or our uptime.
Anchored to a third-party clock
Every record carries an RFC-3161 trusted timestamp from an independent authority (DigiCert, with Sectigo fallback) — not a timestamp we generate ourselves. The “when” is attested by someone with nothing to gain.
Proof without recording the consumer
LeadProof seals what the consumer was shown and did — with no session or screen replay. That is the same method now drawing a wave of wiretapping class actions (CIPA, WESCA). Stronger proof, without inheriting that litigation surface.
The whole chain, sealed
Not just the form. The linked disclosure documents — terms, privacy policy, partner lists — are independently re-archived and hashed into the record, so the evidence shows exactly what the consumer could actually read.
Evidence that stays honest
After capture, LeadProof detects drift in those disclosures and monitors the health of the source domains. A record is not just sealed once — it stays accountable for as long as you hold it.
Court-ready on demand
One click produces a sealed evidence package and a cryptographically signed (Ed25519) attestation — the exhibit you hand a regulator or opposing counsel, verifiable against a public key.
Every channel, one standard
Web forms, phone calls, and Google & Meta lead-ad forms all certify to the same seal — social lead-ad leads sealed straight from the platform, no separate tool per channel, and no mandatory routing platform or lead-management subscription to buy into.

More than a record — compliance, QA & auditing

Documenting consent is the floor. With Confirm, LeadProof turns every certificate into an auditable compliance record you can actively quality-check — AI analysis run against the sealed content, automated QA across your book, and reports you can hand an auditor. No other consent tool does this.

Compliance checks
Standardized checklists — a consent-text checklist, a linked-disclosure (“links”) checklist, and a call checklist — each AI-graded against the certificate’s own sealed content (Likely Yes / Likely No / Unclear). Catch a missing disclosure or a mis-ordered checkbox before a regulator does.
Quality assurance
Run checks automatically as leads are claimed, and QA a random spot-check percentage of your book instead of every record — gated by source and lead type. Grade what you buy, and grade what you sell, at the volume that fits your cost.
Auditing & reporting
Every rule produces an audit-ready report: verdict distribution, 30-day trends, per-status drill-down to the underlying certificates, and scheduled email digests — the paper trail that shows you were actively monitoring, not just collecting.
Custom analysis & drift
Ask your own compliance question of a certificate’s content, and — for calls — run a materiality analysis of the spoken consent against your desired language (adherence, compliance, fit).

The bottom line: other tools document a lead and hope it holds. LeadProof gives you evidence a court, regulator, or buyer can verify without trusting us at all — recomputable, independently timestamped, and kept honest long after capture — plus the built-in compliance, QA, and auditing to prove you were actively checking it the whole time. When a dispute lands, that is the difference between an assertion and an audit trail.
